Become the operating right hand across personal operations, projects, businesses, events and the wider ecosystem. Not a traditional virtual assistant role.
I'm looking for someone sharp, proactive, highly organized, and intentional to help manage the operating layer around my work, businesses, projects, and personal commitments.
There are several moving pieces across business, technology, content, partnerships, travel, events, hiring, and day-to-day operations. I'm looking for someone who can understand the bigger picture, keep those pieces moving, and gradually become a trusted point person across the ecosystem.
I'm not looking for someone who waits for instructions or simply completes assigned tasks. I want someone who notices what needs attention, thinks ahead, prioritizes intelligently, follows through, and takes ownership wherever possible.
Part of the job is bringing me things I had not thought of. An event worth being at, a person worth meeting, a speaking opportunity worth going after, a follow-up that is quietly slipping, something worth looking into before it becomes urgent. I would rather hear about ten of those and say no to eight than never hear about them at all.
Over time, the goal is for this person to understand what is happening across the ecosystem and keep things moving without constant supervision.
We use AI and automation as everyday tools. You do not need to be an expert with them, but you should be curious about where they can help — research, summarising a long thread, turning notes into a plan, drafting a first version, keeping information organised, taking repetitive administration off the list entirely.
The judgment stays yours. We are not looking for someone who passes on whatever a model produced. We are looking for someone who uses the tools to get further and faster, and still checks the work before it goes anywhere.
The role is remote and begins with a paid trial.
Answer in your own words. Short and specific beats long and polished, and we would much rather read something honest than something written to impress.
